Who We Are
We are management consultants who build more effective, more productive small law firms. JTM Consulting specializes in helping small firms and sole practitioners with the business aspects of running a small firm that lawyers shouldn’t be doing, don’t know how to do or don’t want to do. Whether you are looking to grow your firm, turn around a struggling practice, streamline how work gets done or just make your life a little less stressful, we can help you reach your goals.
We customize solutions for your practice to meet your individual needs and objectives – and we do it with small business budgets in mind.

Who We Work With
We are entrepreneurs serving entrepreneurs. We tend to work with energized lawyers who want to grow their small business and realize the value of having a business mind on tap. Our clients are typically small firms (less than 20 employees) or sole practitioners who want to improve the productivity of their practice.
How We Work
Initial consultations are always free. We want to be sure we can help your business before you make an investment. If you are not satisfied with our services, we will make it right. 100%.
From small, specific project-based work to co-managing the business with you, we fit into you day-to-day operations. Our goal is to improve your business, not distract from it.
We invoice clients on an agreed upon schedule. This is usually a flat fee, monthly “subscription” fee or a project-based fee. We provide options and work within your budget.
