Matter Status Update

Diligence in client communication is sometimes exaggerated…some attorneys say they do it well, but often they don’t. How important is it for you to identify an issue with a client BEFORE it gets out of hand? One solo practitioner once told me, “chances are, if a client has a problem with me, I would know about it.” Not if you don’t ask. Here is a tool that at first may seem like overkill when it comes to communicating with your clients, but believe me, I’ve seen it produce great rewards.
